Chandigarh: Maths is a subject that is full of logistic sums and calculations. It is one of the easiest and scoring subjects for GATE. One can score good marks if the individual has a strong base of Maths. Hence, it cannot be kept as an optional subject. Engineering aptitude and Mathematics consists of 30% of the total marks.
Plan 1: One can start preparing for the Mathematics test with easy topics like Matrices, Linear Programming, and Differential Equations and gradually move to the complicated and challenging ones. The subjects pertaining to the four years of graduation will aid you to get more marks in GATE exams. If the basics are strong and you are thorough with them, then there is no need to be worried. Since most of the questions in GATE will be related to it. Moreover, logical thinking is the primary concept required for answering the gate exam.
Find out the simplest and shortest way of solving the problems. Most of the competition exam time is very less, so it is important that different subject and section is covered. Look for an easy method of understanding the concept. Crosscheck the concept to increase the accuracy.
