Be Careful While Paying GATE Exam Fee Online

The Transaction Process for GATE Exam

Chandigarh: There are a lot of complaints logged related to the transaction failure of the GATE Payment.

The applicants are carrying out multiple transactions online for paying the fee for the GATE examination since they are facing an error in the transaction during their first transaction. Hence, they are paying the fee for multiple times.

It is highly recommended that the applicants make the transaction only once. If there is an error in the first transaction, in such case please wait for 24 hours and check whether the transaction has been processed or not. If not, then contact the official college conducting the gate exam.

This year many students are facing the problem of online payment. Once there is a failure in the payment just wait for some time and confirm that the money is not debited from the account before going with the second-time payment procedure. With this, you can avoid the double amount debit from the account.

It is suggested that you apply one week prior to the last day so if there is any problem in terms of form filling or any issue with the payment then there is sufficient time to overcome the problem.

However, there are many students complaining about the payment in the Complaint Board. Lodging a Complaint in the Complaint Board is a good thing, but it would be better if you explain the problems that you are facing to the higher officials of the college, so that they could complaint to the university. It would lead to solving the problem quickly as they will give more importance to the common complaint than the individual's complaint.

6 Things To Be Considered While Paying the GATE Exam Fee:

  1. Apply one week priorly so that you have sufficient time to overcome any sudden problems.
  2. Keep all the certificates like SSC  Memo, Intermediate Memo, etc. ready before the form filling.
  3. Applicant under the submission category should have the cast certificate for SC/ST/ OBC.
  4. Certificate Signature by the Principal of the College for pursuing the final year with no backlogs.
  5. Make a transaction only one time if the transaction fails, wait for 24 hours.
  6. Avoid Last minute registration as it offers less time to resolve the problem if any occurs.
