Chandigarh: Many students get confused and have doubt in their mind on how many questions a student should answer? To clear the gate exam. There are no rules for the gate exam that a student should attain compulsory 60 questions. For some students, it becomes difficult to answer all the question at the short period. So the student can attain a minimum 30 to 40 questions as that is the limit of questions every year. A student should maintain this accuracy of answering at least 40 questions to pass the gate exam. As many students apply for the gate exam, but only a few students are prepared seriously for the exam.

Students need to answer 30 questions that are of 1 mark, and the rest of the questions are of 2 marks. So it is important to answer the 1 mark questions. It will not take much effort to answer these questions. Students can easily clear the gate examination.

Without wasting time and reading all the questions before writing the paper will not waste your time, but will help to write the paper easily. It will save your time and help you to answer more questions in less time. As it is not compulsory to answer all the questions. Passing the gate exam is a great challenge for the student.
Students with good knowledge and understanding can easily write the paper and score good percentage. Maintaining a perfect accuracy is very important while writing the gate exam. The question paper of gate exam does not repeat the same questions each year.
